These Terms are part of the legal framework that regulates your access to and use of SIA "Surf M". By accessing, utilizing, registering for, or receiving any of our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Please review them before using the Services, as they establish a legally binding agreement between you as a user and SIA "Surf M" ("we", "our", or "us"). SIA "Surf M" (operating under the brand OGGI RAW) is a private limited company registered in Latvia under company number 40003905493, with its registered address at Apuzes 53/55-6, LV-1029.

Return Policy

If you need to return goods to SIA "Surf M", they must be sent back in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be processed once the items are received at our warehouse, excluding any applicable shipping fees, unless the return is due to faulty or damaged goods. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you encounter an issue with your order or receive defective items, you must notify SIA "Surf M" within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. To report a problem, contact us at [email protected].

If a package arrives visibly damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. In this case, the order will be returned to us. If you choose to refuse it, please inform us at [email protected], and we will either resend the order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping details, including address, postal code, or contact number. Please ensure this information is accurate when placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Taxes and Other Charges

Since payments are processed in Latvia, VAT applies to all purchases made through our online store, regardless of the destination country. While we strive to minimize international surcharges, this fee is beyond our control and cannot be waived. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
